Early stage company located in Rockville, MD is dedicated to the development and implementation of biosensors.  Exciting new technology enables painless non-invasive sampling, which is the platform for various analyte measurements.

The company is a small team of scientists with a progressive style, offering outstanding growth potential to the successful candidate.

Position Description

• Construct micro-biosensors using highly specialized electrochemical hardware and software. 

• Characterize devices electrochemically in vitro and in vivo.

• Perform other experiments as assigned.

• Thoroughly document results for all work.

• Work direction will be provided by experienced team members but independent thought and action is strongly encouraged.

Requirements

• AS Degree in Engineering Technology (minimum) or two years towards a BE, BSE or BEng degree.

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • PC proficiency
• STRONG PLUS: Knowledge in
  
  • Electrochemistry
  • Electrical Circuits
  • Design of Experiments (DOE), and Data Analysis
  • Polymer materials
